This is a quaint, small space but efficient enough for two people to stay several days. Great communication with the owner off the beaten path, was quiet and the AC worked great. Not far from downtown Grass Valley. Would recommend for a couples getaway if wanting peace and quiet.

I had a nice stay. The cottage is in a quiet residential area close to downtown. I enjoyed watching the birds and critters from the front porch in the evening. The cottage is accurately described in the listing, and was very clean. The parking spot is easy enough to come in, but it's a little tricky backing out; having a small car was helpful.

Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back.

Kyle greeted us as we pulled in & assisted with my question on the lock code number system. Fun color scheme in this vintage cabin, AC worked well on this hot day & night, water pressure was very good.
