The perfect location for our visit to the area. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, it was less than 15 minutes from the airport, and is just as close to UCLA, Santa Monica, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was very nice and spacious. The air conditioner worked well and we were comfortable. I would recommend adding a few more coffee cups ( there are only 3). Also we had a lot of trouble figuring out how to navigate the tv. Maybe an instruction sheet would be helpful. The location was great for us.

This stay was perfect for a week with my entire family visiting from out of town! We really appreciated a fully stocked house ranging from extra toilet paper if needed, to a kitchen with everything we’d need to cook meals, to even a PS5 to play on. The host had clearly labeled everything in the house so that there was no confusion and it was all really appreciated. This house would be perfect for a short and long term rental. Communication with the host was prompt and really clear. My family made comments multiple times on how perfect this rental was for us. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Charger would not fit in garage, car needs to be very small to fit. Bathroom very warm. Was unseasonably warm outside, but bathroom was a sauna. AC seemed to struggle to cool house.House was close to things, clean and bright. Cost was fair.
