The Host was Wonderful , Very Responsive . Listing accurate and very charming , a great value for lake access and loved bring across street from marina for boat rental ..House very spacious , loved the fire pit area and the Grill was awesome both very near to kitchen which made things easy . Great AC , nice and cool ..plenty of towels , floats , cornhole , games

We had a wonderful weekend with extended family at this beautiful lakeside home. The living room sofa was so comfortable we couldn't keep people from falling asleep on it. The kids loved the well stocked gameroom. We were able to make all of our meals there with a well stocked kitchen. Thanks so much Paul for the memories in your home and great communication.

Our group of 9 people had an absolutely amazing time at this house! It was everything we hoped and then some! The dock off the property onto the river was amazing! It was peaceful (except for vehicle traffic which didn't bother us). The front porch had plenty of room for our big group! The house was perfect and everything you might need was available including stand up fans! We will definitely make this an annual stay!!

When we planned our trip to the lake for a weekend of family, friends, and fall we had no idea we’d find such a perfect place! The house adequately fit all 12 of us comfortably and made for a fantastic “home base” to sit on the large porch and look at the lake before we ventured out daily to visit the local towns all within a short drive and the apple orchards, corn mazes, and other fall activities around! Clean, spacious, and comfortable! We made so many memories here in one weekend. This truly is a hidden gem and I can’t wait for our family to stay here again!!

This house was the perfect setup for our family for our long 4th of july weekend! Paul was super communicative once we booked and even personally called me when I had a question about the stay. On check in day the door knob lock was locked unfortunately, but Paul personally drove to the house and let us in and even checked the whole house to make sure everything was set for our stay. It was really hot weather during our stay. So the AC was struggling to cool the house. Paul personally went and bought window units for each bedroom and installed them that night. He truly cares about his guest and their needs. Our kiddos loved the basement and all the toys available to play with and made our time to visit with family even more enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials for guest coming to stay. There is a blackstone style grill on the deck and we put it to good use! We were just a short 10 minute drive to family that live on the lake and made our weekend super easy to get around! We will definitely be back!! The Gainey Family

Our family enjoyed our stay. The booking, check in, check out process was easy. Rhonda sent excellent instructions and was an awesome host. The property is very spacious, clean, inviting, appearance is exactly as posted, has a beautiful view & location is spot on for nearby places to visit. Roads and driveway are paved with ample parking spaces. The surrounding area was safe, quiet, relaxing with beautiful views of the lake and such a beautiful scenic drive around the back side of the lake. The house was clean, had comfortable beds, plenty of space in kitchen which is equipped with everything you need, lots of living room and dining room space, our grandchildren enjoyed the game room downstairs, we all enjoyed the big, beautiful, covered front porch. We will definitely be going back.
