The best part of this comfy, charming VRBO is that it is two doors down from The Mad Hatter which is a fantastic breakfast/brunch/lunch place. We went for breakfast our first morning and then went back for breakfast the next day. So delicious and so easy and convenient. You really can’t beat being this close to Park Ave.

Amazing stay! The host was so thoughtful in every detail of this accommodation. The house afforded the perfect amount of space for my family. The location was central to all activities my family was looking to enjoy. Would stay again whenever returning to town.

We LOVED staying here! Every detail has been considered, and the amenities each felt like a personal touch. Our 5-year-old loved the cozy kid’s space. He was more excited about the toys and books than anything he has at home. The house was clean and felt homey. Off-street parking was a bonus. It’s clear that Tamara really cares about creating a welcoming space. Communication was great too. I would not think twice about staying here for every trip to ROC.

Older property built in 1800’s but renovated, cute and charming. Located in a walkable area along Park Avenue. Host responsive. Ample amenities provided except advertised Nespresso machine and pre check in message confirm Nespresso pods would be provided but when arrived to the property, there were no Nespresso pods. When contacted the host they said the machine was broken. That was the only disappointment. Appreciated the laundry facilities and activities available for children even though we did not travel with any, would be nice if traveling with children or toddlers. Stairs to second floor steep, slanted and slippery so be careful. Bathrooms were clean, both had sink, toilet and shower with plenty of products and towels. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher so have to wash dishes by hand. Beds and pillows comfortable. Enjoyed the sound machine in the upstairs bedroom.

We loved this unique house! The pictures don’t do it justice. So much attention to detail with sound machines and charging stations by each bed, several coffee options, games, toys, umbrellas, etc. Very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely recommend!

This home decorated really well. The bathrooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable. Much bigger on the inside than it seems on the outside. The location is also really good close to shopping and dinning.
