My stay was comfortable and so relaxing! The sounds of the river were a plus, and the picnic table by the river was the perfect place to read and enjoy nature. This property is close to Main Street but feels far away from noise and crowds. Nicely furnished and very clean. I look forward to returning!

Great location, older property and good condition but does have some things that are not in perfect condition. Air-conditioned space would be great with the heat we are having thse days.

Unit is as expected for this price point in Breckenridge. Some obvious improvements (kitchen backsplash, appliances, etc) and some things that still need touch up (peeling paint on ceiling, some janky looking but safe power outlets). The main challenge is the noise from the paper thin walls (we heard a neighbor snoring all night long). If you are a heavy sleeper, this is not an issue. Management company was excellent - they quickly addressed a couple of concerns that we reported upon check-in.

Solid location and fun little spot

Everything was clean even if older. Location was pretty good; very close to the 4 oclock run which will take you down to the breck connect gondola.
