My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend getaway. This condo was so conveniently located to peak nine slopes!The bed was comfortable and the kitchen provided all the supplies we needed for our stay.The check in process was easy, and the host tried their best to get us access to the condo ahead of the 4pm check in time since we arrived to Breck so early.The condo is an easy walk to Main St for shopping and meals. Will book again!

This condo is in a great location for those who are looking to enjoy the slopes at Breckenridge or just walk into town. The condo was clean and well furnished. I feel like it was a pretty decent spot for the price. I would book here again in the future if I needed a smaller condo for the weekend.

Top Notch Location

Location is everything and this unit has it in spades. True ski-in ski-out location with ability to quickly walk (within 10 mins) to ski rental, ski school, restaurants, and shops. Basic unit with one bedroom, no frills and only one towel per person provided for our 5-night stay. There is on-site coin laundry.

Great location

Great location. Ski lift was practically in your back yard. Short walk to town for food and shops. Size was perfect for two people. The unit had plenty of heat coming from the baseboard heater. Had trouble controlling it. The fireplace was nice although never used it. Parking was limited. The indoor jacuzzi was out of service. The outdoor jacuzzi was small and packed. Wish there were more or larger one.

Great location, below average amenities

First off, location is great for skiing and access to town. Amenities are subpar. Bed and pull out sofa are not comfortable. Carpet tack strip is exposed between living area and bathroom, creating a sharp hazard when walking in that area. Need to bring your own towels if you don’t want to use the same ones that you use for bathing since only four are provided.

Primary issue was the bed was concave and wry uncomfortable to sleep in. We had a few other issues. Ski country was highly responsive. They put a thick mattress topper on the bed. That said, a good nights sleep is essential and the bed should have been replaced long ago. This is the reason for my low property score. Please know that we have been coming to Trails End repeatedly over the last 10 years and overall we have been very satisfied.

The bedding is dated and gross. I didn’t even sit on the couch because it had a giant weird stain on it. Just needs an overhaul. Great walking distance to everything. Considering I was moved from my original booking of a king bed closer to town. This was very disappointing.

Location, Location, Location!

Absolutely perfect location! The building had a great feel, not a huge resort. Easy to get in and out on to the slopes and also to walk to restaurants on Main St. Hot tubs were nice and HOT!! Unit was comfortable after we had to have the maintenance guy come and light the pilot light for the fireplace/heater right when we arrived. Felt bad to have to call him so late but he was very nice and accommodating. Would have liked to have a better stocked kitchen - literally only one t-spoon in the drawer, one of the cereal bowls was chipped on the edge and no single use coffee provided (I didn't want to buy coffee because I am the only one to drink it). Also, would have liked one more comfy chair to watch TV (only one chair and a couch) and the sofa needs to be updated. The mattress in the sofa bed is super comfy but the frame dips in the middle so my kids complained about rolling to the center of the bed. Great stay for a long weekend - - 3.5 Stars!!

2x night Stay probably too short for hassle

Older condo but everything needed for a ski trip. Pick up and drop off of keys in downtown Breck is a bit of a pain and cut into both days especially during busy time in the town and lack of parking. Also not being able to keep my vehicle in condo lot after checkout was a bit frustrating. Got at a discount of $186+ which was unbeatable in mtown but if paying full price I’d go with another spot if not doing a longer stay. The offsite pool just across the street was also broken with exemption of one hot tub. On-site hot tubs were great and boys enjoyed both indoor (super hot) and outdoor tubs, and sauna. Condo sleeps 4 but would definitely be crowded with 4x adults and ski gear. Short walk to lift 4/6 yr old did it in ski boots carrying their skis with minimal complaints. Short walk to town as well no issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in 103..one week after staying in 112 the week before. They were the same price but not nearly the same quality. Tiny TV...only in living area. Bed horrible.Repairs needed. The couch is unbearble. Carpet is needing to be replaced. Not like the previous week. One entry FOB did not work. Upon checking out we were told that "I'll see what I can do". Which was nothing. Will not be back or recommend.
