Your home away from home in Nashville with 5 bedrooms. This awesome house features 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), 2 full beds, and 1 sofa bed, and a twin kids house bed in playroom. With 3 bathrooms, one equipped with a bidet, standalone bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Our home is walking distance to hotspots like forevermore coffee (special coupons in house), Kisser, Xiao Bao, Redheaded stranger, Folk. We also have a Volvo XC60 available for rent onsite, inquire within. Car seat available as well upon request. This is a perfect house for a family gathering, very kid friendly, pack and play, toys, and more available upon request. Bachelor or bachelorette parties have been great here as well! We are close to Nissan stadium, Vanderbilt University, also the medical center within 15 minutes. Enjoy Nespresso coffee, and Aarke sparkling water machine on site. We look forward to hosting you and your friends, family!

The perfect retreat for our family vacation! We were traveling with little ones and everything about the house was family-friendly, from the awesome playroom to the readily available baby equipment. The house was very comfortable and tailor-made for relaxing. It is also the perfect launching-point into Nashville and we had a great time exploring the city. The host is very communicative and available if you need anything at all. If you are on a family vacation, especially if you are traveling with kids, this is the house for you!
