Welcome to our stunning 3300 square foot home in the heart of the vibrant 12 South neighborhood of Nashville! This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Music City.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open floor plan leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.

The four spacious bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The en- suite bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other three bedrooms have queen-size beds with bathrooms offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests.

One of the highlights of this home is the large bonus room upstairs, perfect for watching movies, playing games or just hanging out with family and friends. This house was wonderful!! The location perfect! The house very clean and spacious and comfortable! The host was very prompt in reply and so helpful with any ask that we had. This was an awesome home that is so close to 12 South and Belmont, where our daughter goes to school. The house is beautiful and is great for a large family. We loved the front porch and screened in back porch. The beds were also super comfortable. The owner was also great and allowed us to check in early as we flew in early in the morning from Texas. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family, including two young kids. It was a great location- we walked to 12 south to eat at great restaurants and Jennie’s ice cream several nights. Check in was easy and Peter was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is clean, nice, and well equipped for cooking. There is a screened in porch, but there were a few holes and mosquitoes snuck in there. Overall a lovely house with great location.

Girls weekend in 12 South

We had an amazing girls weekend in Nashville. The house was perfect for our group. The location was great also. Very clean and modern… we even enjoyed the snow! Would love to stay here again.

We were a group of 4 couples and enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was just perfect for the 8 of us. We Ubered easily to any location and found the neighbourhood safe and quiet. We would certainly recommend to anyone coming to Nashville:)

Group of 9. Two families with adult kids. This place is probably one of the best places we have stayed. Absolute great location in cute neighborhood with walkable restaurants and cute shops. Short Uber to Broadway. Well stocked with anything you would need. Owner was great and communicated very quickly .

Excellent Property Except for the Front Steps

The property is spacious and well appointed. The only problem we had was with front steps at the street. They are uneven and there is no railing for support. We had to help each other get up and down the steps.

Lovely house, great neighborhood

It's always a joy to stay in the 12South neighborhood. This house is super convenient to all the local shops on 12South, Belmont, and in Hillsboro Village, as well as having easy access to the freeway. The house was even better than the pictures. It's spacious, open, and light with a wonderful great room on the main floor and a bonus living room for the teens upstairs. Lots of bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us plenty of room to gather and sneak away for some privacy. The screened in back patio would be perfect in warmer weather. We'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in a fun but peaceful neighborhood

The home is very nice and perfect for our three couples (there would have been room for a fourth). The screened porch was comfortable and we used it a lot. We don’t like benches instead of side chairs for dining room tables, but other than that the furniture was good quality and comfortable, including the beds. Note there is only street parking, although there was space always available right in front of the house.

7 women celebrating a a Big 6-OH!

The house was perfect! Very large and spacious. Well equipped kitchen! Huge rooms! Beautifully decorated! Very clean and in a great area for Nashville visitors. Would love it if there were king beds in all the bedrooms. Also, need to replace china in kitchen. Other than that, we can't wait to return next year! Thank you! PS. Weather was perfect!

Birthday celebration in Nashville

Eight of us stayed four nights to celebrate a big birthday. The house was perfect for all of us. We loved the screened in porch. The location was close to 12th S and within walking distance. Easy uber ride to Broadway. There is also a grocery store half a mile away. We all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The only recommendation would be to put queen beds in the three bedrooms that have full size beds currently. It definitely isn’t a deal breaker just preference. We would love to stay here again when in Nashville. Beautiful property.

The location is great. A few things in the house need attention: front steps and back steps need a handrail for older or handicapped people to access. If not installed, then the web description needs to say this. Soaking Bathtub on the main floor wobbles - might leak- we did not use it. Upstairs toilet needs to have seal reset.
