About this property

Charming Tiny Cabin

This is a charming, secluded cabin next to a bubbling creek - yet is 10 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock and an equal distance to downtown Boone. There is a full bed in a bedroom and a daybed in the main room. Perfect for two adults. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, Kurig coffee maker, and electric hot water kettle. We provide dish soap, paper towels, and cloth dish towel. There is also a small under counter refrigerator with a freezer. The shower is marble tile and the bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, towels and a hair dryer. Please bring your own soap and shampoo. The internet is reliable and fast, but there isn't a TV. We have a parking spot for one car near the cabin. We look forward to welcoming you and finding out if you think this spot is as special as we do! P.S. There is a vintage camper next to the cabin - but it will never be occupied during your stay.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Departure instructions: Wash dishes used. You can leave them drying in the dish rack. Close & lock all doors and windows. Lights turned off. Leave key where you collected it after locking door.
No need to strip bed, we will do that !
Cabin uses septic system - nothing down toilet but toilet paper provided.

Our stay was so peaceful and quiet. The rustic exterior gives way to a clean, updated interior, perfect for two people. I was a little worried about no air conditioning, but even on a hot July day, it was cool in the evening and with the fan and open windows, it was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

What a magical little cabin. If you’re looking for a place where you feel intimately connected to nature and only 15 minutes to downtown Boom and the university, you’re not find a more perfect place. I slept with the window open, where I could hear the bubbling stream behind the house, from the bed, I look out the window in the morning and see the trees swaying to the wind. So quiet so still, when I left yesterday morning to town there was a family of Deers in the yard. It’s simple but has everything you need. The shower and bathroom were wonderful.

Absolutely loved this cabin. The creek right next to it was serene and peaceful. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful serene environment. Will def go back in the future.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Amazing location. Very easy to find. Such thoughtful detail in the cabin. Every little nook and cranny had special treats. Beds were ridiculously comfortable. Loved falling asleep with the windows open and hearing the small stream bubbling outside. Exactly the connection with nature that I was looking for for the weekend. Thank you Julie for being such a fabulous host. This property is stellar!!!

The Tiny Cabin is the perfect get away that provides peace and serenity! It was perfect in size for two people and our stay was quite comfortable. The slow rolling creek outside the back door was an added bonus! It is quick and easy to get to Blowing Rock, Boone and Beech Mountain as well! The host is very hospitable, quick to communicate and makes sure your stay is wonderful.
