Boulder Farm Stay
We welcome you to this unique house built in 1975. It sits on 5 acres that is shared with 2 other homes on the property. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space to be outside! Included on the property are: a large patio table for outdoor meals, a rooftop patio hot tub, a backyard pond with paddleboards and paddle boats, bikes available to ride, and resident goats and chickens! All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The home has a full kitchen and fireplace. It has a spacious lower level with 2 living rooms, a dining room and a greenhouse. Perfect for a family trip and close to LOTS of attractions including Rocky Mountain National Park, Eldora ski resort, Pearl Street, CU, Lyons, and more! No parties are allowed in this home. We live on the property and strive to maintain a quiet, safe environment for our family. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you!
