The property was as advertised which made for the excellent rental rating. The lake view was excellent and the small lake with provided kayak/paddle boat was a hit with the grandchildren.

We loved our weeklong stay. Property is centrally located to many fun towns. We enjoyed the modern super clean house. I kayaked on the lake, and rode my bicycle on the nearby trail. Loved hearing the loons on the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication from the host,clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, amazing lake setting. We were out on day trips so only spent late evenings and mornings at the house. Everything was comfortable.

This is a beautiful property. The view from the deck looking out over the lake is the highlight! The location is perfect and the house itself was clean and everything is brand new! The host was very helpful and responsive and everything went terrific. We could not have asked for a better place to have a vacation!

What a wonderful find with a lake view right on the water! The property was perfect for us - ultra clean, comfy and convenient with a true up north vibe. New appliances and all the amenities helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Christi is great! Check-in was seamless, home is clean, open and comfortable. Decor is modern and home is bright and cheery. By far the cleanest vacation home I have had the pleasure of staying in. Sunrise view is incredible from the dock.

We were so happy with our stay! Our family of 6 came up to visit family in Petoskey. It was a convenient location between Charlevoix and Petoskey, close to Boyne City also. The lake is beautiful and our host Christi was wonderful. She communicated quickly, information about check in and was thorough and timely. The interior was so updated, and just beautiful! Beds were large and very comfortable, bathrooms were pristine, kitchen had everything we needed and the large table and chairs were great for card games. And of course the huge TV was perfect for watching college football! We loved our stay there and would definitely book again.
