I cannot express how much our family enjoyed our stay at this classic and beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach home. I wish we could have stayed another week. It was absolutely perfect for our entire stay. The property manager is so kind and made our time there so enjoyable. If anyone is looking for a uniquely classic Ponte Vedra beach home to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views, look no further than this one! You will not be disappointed, we LOVED everything about it and WILL be going back again this summer.

The host was very welcoming and responsive. When there was an issue with the heat she immediately responded and had a repair person onsite the next morning.

Family Week at the Beach

Lovely house with direct beach access and a lot of homey character. The house is well equipped for a big group with plenty of beds, and a well outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the screened porch and the beach shower. The living room is comfortable for a large group hanging out together.

Awesome home and locay

Multi Generations! Fit our whole family very comfortably and we enjoyed our stay. View from upstairs deck is fantastic! Really enjoyed the screen porch and the backyard beach. Appreciated the outdoor shower & spicket; washer/dryer worked well.Kitchen: enough dishes & pan for cooking; dishwasher needs updating; lacked spices & basic cooking supplies; not enough garbage bags. Bathrooms: all nice & well supplied; the upstairs Jack/Jill sink had some plugged sink issues; downstairs master has no heat(which we needed); Bedrooms: nice beds and bedding.It is an older home, but very comfortable. We would be happy to stay again and likely will.

Great location, charming home

We had a wonderful stay in PVB with family and friends. The house was well maintained, comfortably furnished, plenty of seating for all. The upper deck was a great place to enjoy a book and view the beach. Coffee on the screen porch was a delightful way to start the morning. We plan to come back!

Best beach house experience!

We had such a wonderful time staying on this property. The neighborhood was beautiful and the access to the beach was right there! It was like they took a New England beach house and placed it in Florida. The weather and water were perfect and we basically had the whole beach to ourselves!

Unbeatable value for the area and the best host we’ve had at any rental property

The value was unbeatable for this exclusive area of Ponte Vedra.
