Our Fabulous home has something for everyone!

With the current pandemic that we are all dealing with we want to let all our guests know that our home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Our cleaning and management staff will be wearing masks whenever in the house. With keyless entry you won't need to wait in a crowded lobby. Enjoy your vacation and have peace of mind that you have the entire house to share with your family. * We have also temporarily changed our cancellation policy to provide more peace of mind for guests. Changing dates if needed is also an option*
Make sure you consider travel insurance for even more piece of mind.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need: ample dishes, toaster, blender, can opener, pots, pans, bowls and waffle maker.
The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room. There is seating for 8 at the dining table with room for more at the breakfast bar. The great room has lots of seating and a 46' flat screen TV with DVD player, cable, and a selection of movies for your enjoyment.

Also located on the main level is a half bath which opens out to the pool area. (Great for when everyone is outside enjoying the pool).

3 Bedrooms are located on the main level, including 2 master bedroom suites. The first master bedroom is spacious with a King size bed, 5pc bathroom, and sliding doors out to the patio. The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a 4pc bathroom. The final bedroom on this floor has a Queen size bed with vaulted ceilings.

On the second floor are 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Alice and friends decorate our first bedroom with 2 twin beds. The next room is for Muggles and Wizards alike. Our Harry Potter room is sure to entertain (2 twins). Our movie themed room has a set of bunk beds with twin on top and full on the bottom. This room has lots of space to hang out or sleep.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TVs.

A Safe is available to store your valuables.

Outside you will find the covered lanai and your own private salt water swimming pool with waterfall spa. The entire pool area is fully screened, allowing your family to enjoy it all hours of the day and evening. The pool can be heated in the colder months (recommended Oct-Apr). For the safety of your family we provide a child safety fence. Whether eating alfresco or lounging by the pool, there is ample patio furniture available for your use.The pool area is very private, with hedging on all sides.

We have a game room for your entertainment. Here you will find a pool table, foosball, and board games. This room also houses the full-sized washer and dryer... no more dirty laundry when you return home!

While staying with us you have access to all the amenities that Windsor Palms offers including a 25 meter salt water pool, hot tub, toddler pool, sundry shop, fitness center, arcade, cinema (playing 3D movies), lit half-basketball, full tennis courts, sand volleyball and family BBQ area. NEW SUMMER 2017 is a splash pad for our younger guests! A Family Tiki Bar is also available at the clubhouse!

A fantastic time!

This was the perfect house for our family! Pool, hot tub, and accommodations very very nice. It’s close to Disney so it didn’t take us any time to get there. The only thing I had a problem was was the HOA. That’s not the fault. The HOA is really restricted, it’s as far as extra things we had to do. They didn’t agree with. But that’s not the owners fault. Excellent Stay, just a picky HOA

Great Getaway from Disney

Spring break at Disney, what were we thinking? It was great to be able to come back to this home to take a break and get some down time. The grand-kids really enjoyed the pool and video machine but unfortunately the Foosball and pool table were not really usable due to damage by other guests. They also enjoyed having their own rooms and the floor plan allowed for plenty of space. The kitchen was very well supplied and plenty of room to store groceries. Michelle was great to work with when we decided to arrive earlier. My main complaint is that we are now looking to spend $800-$1000 for a new washer after using the one at this home :). Thank you for sharing your home.

FANTASTIC place to stay!!!!!!

This property feels like home! Everything you’ll need is available, except for your clothes and toothbrush you won’t need anything else! We had my parents (80+) with us, so the master and TWO other bedrooms on the main floor worked out great! The kids had the entire upstairs to themselves! They also loved the heated pool and jacuzzi, again you don’t need anything…pool towels and floats/toys were available to us. The garage turned “playroom” was a hit too. The kids loved it! Also the host, Michelle was fantastic- very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. We will be back!!!!

Mickey’s Villa

Overall great trip due to location. We had other accommodations and were canceled the day of due to major maintenance issues via the property owner. This home was available almost right away and we booked. The house is very dated and there were many small inconveniences. Electrical issues, a literal layer of dust on everything as if weren’t cleaned in quite a while etc… I could continue. But my wife made me see the brighter side of things. Great home could use some TLC.

We are a Canadian family who loves the Florida sunshine. We love visiting the Theme Parks with our 2 kids who enjoy their time at the parks from open to close!

Why they chose this property

We chose the Windsor Palms community for its amazing amenities, gated entrance and proximity to Walt Disney World and surrounding attractions. If we need a break from the parks, we can zip home and take a dip in the pool and head back in the evening for the fireworks!

What makes this property unique

We love the open and airy feel of this home. There is enough space for us to spread out and relax when privacy is needed, yet enough space to dine and entertain as a group. Having a private pool is great for a quick dip on hot days or an afternoon of lounging. Windsor Palms Resort is a quiet, family-friendly location.
