Nothing fancy and not big but perfect for a weekend visit to see your cadet. Closer than most other options. A family with small kids stays below and you can hear the family quite well going in and out but if you don't mind that occasional noise, it's not a big deal.

This is not a whole place to yourself! The description is VERY misleading. It’s an add on above a garage of an occupied house. You have a key to an outside door that drops you into a shared hallway of the tenants with all kinds of shoes. There is no parking available and tenants do not keep yard, driveway, and front of house clean at all - stuff everywhere. Kids are everywhere. Hope you like crying kids - cause you can hear it everywhere in the “apartment”. When the tenants open the garage door, it’s directly under the bed - noisy and rattles. All in all - pretty weird. It’s clean-ish and needs lots of updating. TV doesn’t work as advertised either.
