Fun, Spacious Home, 3 miles from Downtown Asheville on Beaver Lake
Stay 6 minutes from downtown and a 2 minute walk to beautiful Beaver Lake and park. Relax on the back deck in the private hot tub or enjoy the infrared/traditional sauna. Cook in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen while the others enjoy the game room stocked with board games and arcade classics. Art from our travels adorn the walls, creating a pleasant and cozy vibe. Perfect getaway for everyone, room to spread out, private, yet close to town. I live in an apartment above the garage, however is a separate entrance and no shared space. I'm available as much or little as you like- you'll only see me if you need me.

I grew up in Long Island, moved with my family to Charleston, SC for high school, moved to Asheville to go to Warren Wilson College in 2000. I've been a musician here and have adored this beautiful town for 25 years. I think it's one of the great cities of the world.
Why they chose this property
The house is a 2 minute walk to beautiful Beaver Lake, which has a 1 mile hiking path, and big fields to enjoy and watch the sunrise or sunset. Is open to the public and I have a kayak you can walk up to and use in the lake
What makes this property unique
It's full of art I've collected from trips around the world, as well as local friends art. It was decorated with everyone in mind; with a hot tub and sauna on the back deck for the adults and board games and a classic arcade machine for the kids. As well as a record player and many records to choose from.
