Great place. The backyard and river is beautiful and so peaceful. The house has everything you need (kitchen stuff, towels, blankets, kayaks, etc) and it was well organized. The front yard had plenty of parking. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This place is all about the location. The direct river access and located in an accessible area where the water was shallow enough to stand, sandy-bottom without sea grass and a fun rope swing. We took advantage of the paddle-boards and kayaks and spent about three hours on the water one day. This house def. had one of the best locations on the river. The inside was great for a large group. Perfect dinner table with a lazy-susan in the middle and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook some pretty elaborate dinners. The outdoor fridge was also a huge plus.Only a few small things- really one main shower in the house, the bathtub has a shower but it was a little odd to use and the listing mentions it, but theres a lot of humidity. Overall the stay was wonderful and i would def. come back again!Would also have loved to have a hot tub!

The most magical vacation with the perfect house. The location is outstanding especially for kids. The house was able to hold 4 different couples with kids very comfortably with room for more. We will definitely be looking to book this location again in the future.

Beautiful home very clean, very comfortable and very big. There were plenty of things to do kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding all of which we did. We decided to work on a puzzle and get it done by the time we left at the end of our visit. We almost made it, not quite though, but everyone worked on it and we still had a good time. We also did karaoke and grilled outside several times which was very nice. The weather was absolutely beautiful. The water in river was high. It was a cool 72 and clear as glass. We absolutely had a wonderful time and we will be coming back next year. Thank you for giving us a place to make a lot of new memories.

Great place to rent. Very spacious and open. Super clean, everything worked. The swimming area right off the dock was so much fun for everyone! Be cautious, the crystal clear water is deeper than you think! It was about 2-4 feet in some places out back. But very clear and refreshing. Super easy access to the Rainbow River. Blue Run is a 2-min drive away (or a 10-min walk). We parked a truck at Blue Run, then went back to the house, put the kayaks and rafts in the water, and spent the next 1.5 hours floating to Blue Run. Then we loaded up the kayaks and took them back to the house!I highly recommend the house, especially if you have a large group. We had 9 adults and one child. Almost everyone had their own room, with plenty of bedspace still available. We will certainly consider this as a top choice if we go back to the Rainbow River.

Love this vacation rental on the beautiful Rainbow River. This is our 5th year staying at this property and we’ve already booked again for 2027. House has everything you need for your stay, as the host keeps property well maintained and well stocked with essentials. We always use the kayaks and paddle boards provided. Great for couples or families. Book your dates and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.

The house is spectacular. Relaxing and nestled into a quiet part of the river. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils and everything needed for a long or short stay. The property owner was very attentive and responsive. We had 5 couples staying on property and we all had ample room.

The house is very clean and spacious. Perfect spot on the river, about a 40 min float down to swampies. There are multiple kayaks and paddle boards for use. Amber was very responsive and the check in process was very simple. Second time staying at this property and will be continuing to rent this place for future trips!
