The property was excellent. The location was great with a rental car. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and and about 15 minutes to the strip. The house is in a good neighborhood and close to grocery and good dining. Full disclosure for future renters there are cameras in the back yard around the pool if that makes anyone uncomfortable.

Guests were pleasant, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They followed the house rules in general and left the home in excellent condition. The only concern was that they covered the exterior security cameras with bags without first obtaining the host's permission. This caused the solar-powered camera batteries to drain. The exterior cameras are installed for guest safety and to help ensure compliance with house rules and local city regulations. Aside from this issue, they were good guests, and we appreciate that they left the property clean and in great condition.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was pleasant and responsive to our questions. Having a private backyard was nice, even though it wasn’t quite warm enough to swim in the pool.

Perfect location in relation to Vegas strip. Pool and pool table, awesome. Cleanliness, awesome. Vegas was hotter than I remember, restriction to ac for 75, unreasonable. At 503 per night I should be able to set the ac to what ever I want. And, the motion sensor cameras every where outside, that’s creepy. Also, monitoring the ac temp setting remotely, creepy.

This place was awesome. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice little touches everywhere. It was perfect for our group of 7. Even though we were too busy to use the pool much, we enjoyed the space around the pool. Also, really enjoyed the pool table. Would stay here again if we were in the area.
