About this property

Little Miss Cottages - Two Bedroom Cottage

Just steps away from seven miles of sand and surf, this air conditioned cottage sleeps up to six people, with two private bedrooms, each with a queen size pillow top bed and full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with cook/tableware and full size appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster). Each cottage has its own picnic table and gas grill, and parking for two vehicles. Enjoy the communal fire pit, we supply the wood!

One of the last remaining beach cottages in Old Orchard Beach! This two bedroom beachside cottage sleeps up to 6.

Guest has access to entire cottage.

Staff is available in the office every day from 9am to 5pm.

Just under a mile from the famous OOB Pier and shops, trolley picks up every 1/2 hour, local sandwich shop, that makes the BEST Lobster Rolls in Old Orchard Beach, is directly across the street!

Address to the property is: 173 East Grand Ave. Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. From I-95 take Exit 36 - Saco/Old Orchard Beach. Parking included with stay.

Units are all dog friendly, no cats please, with payment of a one time non-refundable pet fee.

Smoking is allowed outside, on the property but NOT inside any units. Please be respectful of others around you and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

It was a very enjoyable weekend stay. Cottage was clean and comfortable. The water heater was a bit noisy as was the traffic noise at the front bedroom, but otherwise, could not have ask for more. Perfect access to beach.

First off the guest log in didn’t work so communication on arrival wasn’t received . So called to find out which cottage it was . Then got in and no TV and no remote , no hot water but Nicole got right into gear to get those things fixed for us . The beds were too high for us we had a hard time getting in them . The place is pet friendly and the beach is really close so it was just perfect
