Great place!

Loved our stay—place was absolutely darling! Remodeling was top notch. Super comfortable and quiet location. Easy walk to great restaurants downtown and water. Great instructions left for use of TV, fireplace, coffee maker, etc. And lots of little extras provided to make our stay more comfortable!

Annual Petoskey Weekend

This was our fifth stay with Nancy. As always it was a great stay. The apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the bay, park, bike trail and an easy walk to downtown for shopping & dinning. The apartment is well appointed with comfortable furnishings washer/dryer, as well as plenty of kitchen utensils to make meals if wanted. We look forward to our next stay.

My husband and I are active seniors. We moved to Petoskey in 1980 to raise our children in this beautiful location. No regrets! The area is phenomenal. We love to cycle, hike, and swim. He is a "Spartan" and I am a "Wolverine".

Why they chose this property

The location sold us on this place. We also appreciated the charming character of the house built in the early 1900's. A few years ago we totally renovated the house after renting it for many years. The house consists of two units, each with it's own private entrance. This unit{4808912} sleeps two and the front unit {3776597}sleeps four..

What makes this property unique

If you like to be close to recreational activities, this location has it all. The bike path goes all the way to Charlevoix to the west, and to Mackinaw City to the east. It is located one block from the house. Bike rentals are only 3 blocks away. The Bear River Recreation area is one block to the east and is a beautiful walk. You can kayak as well. The Petoskey Pier is a local gathering place. The sunsets are amazing! It is also a great place to jump in and cool off. Usually there is an art fair, festival, or other fun activities at the waterfront during the summer months. There are sporting events, walks, and runs, and even a triathalon in August. This is a happening location. You will see cyclists, runners, and walkers on a regular basis. The Gaslight District is two blocks to the east. Grab a coffee or delicious Kilwin's ice cream.
