Situated a mere two blocks from the pristine beaches in picturesque Lauderdale by the Sea (you can truly walk everywhere from this exceptional property), Casa Rio offers everything one could expect from a first class vacation rental home. In addition, there are a multitude of first class restaurants, shops + Anglin's 24 Hour Fishing Pier a short walk away!

Upon entering Casa Rio, you are greeted to a spacious, open, floor plan, revealing a meticulously updated property with all new furnishings and accessories throughout. The main living area features one full size leather sectional + one full size leather sofa + one leather swivel chair. For your entertainment, the living area features a wall mounted, 60 Inch, LED High Definition Television + Entertainment Center. The formal dining area features spectacular, open, views of the outdoor pool lounge area + offers dining accommodations for Six (6) + adjacent kitchen counter dining for Two (2). The open granite kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything any guest(s) could possibly require while on vacation -- simply bring food and beverages! The granite counter features bar stools and offers dining accommodations for Two (2).

The spacious Master Suite Bedroom features one King Size Bed + Full Size Dresser + Oversized Closets + LED High Definition Television. INn addition, the master suite bedroom features an en suite, full size, bathroom with walk-in shower. Similar to the master suite, Bedroom Two is spacious and features one Queen Size Bed

The house was close to the beach and restaurants We loved the heated pool, it was a highlight of the trip and the service from the management company was top notch - we made a couple of requests and the were taken care of immediately.

Great stay

We had a great time. Close to downtown and the beach. Pictures on listing made it look a little bigger than it was but everything else was as advertised. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and someone came to fix it within an hour from notifying them. Excellent place to stay.

Casa Rio was great!

Our group of four enjoyed our recent stay at Casa Rio. The home had everything we needed, updated kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and a beautiful pool that we heated and used every day after the beach! Location is in a quiet residential area and a short, easy walk to the beach or town and its many restaurants and shops. Communication with property manager was quick, friendly and helpful!

Casa Rio vacation review

We spent nine amazing days in Casa Rio villa. The location of the villa is great. It is in the quite neighborhood, near the attraction sites and good restaurants, also it is ten minutes walk from the ocean beach. The villa is very clean and has all necessary amenities. The pool is clean and spacious. If you pick this villa for your next vacation you won't be disappointed.

I’ve traveled and stayed at many Florida beaches but this one…

I absolutely loved this place. Relaxing and beautiful. The entire time we were there I kept saying we have to come back. The beach is just a short walk, friendly neighbors and the place is beautiful. Every morning we were greeted by the mockingbird that lives right outside. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back! 😊😊😊

Beautiful house at the right location

I read other reviews before booking the rental vacation. The house is wonderful as others said: beautiful, relaxing, privacy, close to everything, and quiet when you rest. The management was quick to provide service too. The price is fair for a family of six. So, if those factors are what you look for, then the house is the place.

Great place to stay and great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. The place is walking distance from the beach and from the Main area where the shops and restaurants are located. The house was comfortable and clean. Pool was beautiful and we paid extra to have it heated (in January). It was nice and warm. The maintenance responded extremely quickly. We received text check ins, which made it very easy to communicate. Would stay ther again.

Very comfortable house

From the minute you walk in you will fall in love with this house. Driving down the street just makes you happy. We moved in my daughter to college and had a few days so decided to rent a house last minute for a last minute vacation. It won’t disappoint. The beds are comfy and the outdoor area is awesome we would definitely rent this place again!

Check for Ants

The house is built in 1957 and it shows, the windows and doors have never been replaced. There are mico ants that are clear that come out and you can only see when the sunshine is on the counters. Id rather spend my money in Cape Coral than here!

Completely false review! Unfortunately, he has no facts to support his claim. If this was true we wouldn’t have any hurricanes doors or windows because they weren’t made back then. Not sure why he thinks the windows and doors are old. We have permit records showing his claim is totally bogus. Also house is on a monthly pest contract. You can’t leave food out on the counters in Florida. We never had micro ants prior to his stay.

Perfectly located, just 7 min walk to the beach. Nice pool and lounges. Front porch chairs. Updated kitchen and living area. GREAT management co. , very responsive and accommodating. Great area, 10 min walk to restaurants, bars, ice-cream, etc. Very tropical feel with coconut trees, palm trees, Lizards and iguanas all around. Only thing I recommend is that they add locks to bedroom doors for privacy.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

My family of seven recently stayed for a week at Casa Rio. We had an amazing vacation and could not be happier with this house and location. First, all of the beds are extremely comfortable which is important to us! The livingroom area is comfortable and inviting and had plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy a football game on Sunday! The landscaping and private backyard was a relaxing space that everyone enjoyed. The pool was just the right size and we included the heating for my 82 year old mother! The beach is right at the end of the street and Commercial Blvd shops and restaurants are a fifteen minute walk from the house. Everything about this house and location was perfect!! Highly recommend this vacation home. Maintenance was quick to respond when we had a minor issue, Forest was delightful to deal with!
