Start your relaxing and comfortable vacation experience with sweeping views from your private balcony. The balcony is accessible from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom via soaring floor-to-ceiling sliders, with stunning views of Clearwater Harbor.

Watch for enchanted dolphins splashing around in the Harbor creating some of the unforgettable moments of your stay.

This spacious, family-friendly unit offers a full kitchen with all the conveniences of home.

Stay connected during your holidays with Wireless Internet and 4 Flat Screen TVs with Cable in each room.

You are just a few steps away from the world-famous, award-winning sugar white beach and sparkling turquoise water of Clearwater Beach. Stroll over to Pier 60 at sunset and enjoy the nightly celebration festival.

There are an abundance of restaurants to choose from, a large variety of activities, shopping and a lively night scene, the only thing you will be missing is the time to do it all!

The pool is heated November through March.

We love the condo and the location. It is very well appointed and most likely the nicest condo we've rented. I am only a little disappointed in the timely manner the rental agent has returned a couple of calls I have made to them. Otherwise this has been a perfect vacation so far.

Memories Made

Overall we had an amazing trip! We’ll definitely come back again. We did however notice that the beds were super hard so everyone woke with a backache daily and the a/c would turn off randomly so we would get hot until the water drained and it worked again. We would still recommend to anyone asking. It had an amazing view and was in the perfect location! Memories were made and will last a lifetime!

Beautiful Condo. Highly Recommend!

We are a family of four and we stayed at this condo for my son’s senior spring break. It was absolutely perfect. We ate breakfast in every morning and also had enough room to host two other families for dinner one evening. This is an end unit so you get all the windows and sunshine possible coming in. The decor is beachy. Very spacious. Great location to everything Clearwater has to offer. The beach is two blocks away, all the restaurants and stores all within walking distance. I loved having a washing machine and dryer to wash beach towels daily. There are beach chairs and a cooler in the closet which was great. The only few downfalls is that they leave you one roll of toilet paper and paper towel. No extra garbage bags. I believe for the money spent there should be a few extra of those items. The two large beds are rock hard. BUT the good by far outweighs the few negatives and I would stay here again over again. THANK YOU to the owners for sharing this amazing vacation condo with others.

Great trip

We all enjoyed our trip and our stay at Harborview Grande. The place was a good size and clean with a great view and easy accessibility to the beach and restaurants. The beds were a bit on the hard side but that was really our only complaint. We would come back.

The corner condo had ocean views. Dolphins in the bay most mornings. Had a minor problem with the air conditioning that was fixed immediately. Easily exceeded every expectation we had. The promotional pictures do not do this property any justice at all.

Our Family Vacation

The condo was very spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. Beautiful views during the day and night. It was a 10 min walk which wasn't too bad, but it was not just "steps to the beach" We walked to all the restaurants and there were a bunch. Highly recommend this property. It would be nice to have another larger skillet and/or griddle pan. But, all in all we would come back.

Amazing week in Clearwater

This home was the perfect home base for our family trip. The home is gorgeous and well decorated. It is conveniently located just a few minute walk from from the beach. We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees from the deck. We got a rental car for the week, but there was no need to because everything is within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again. Great family experience

It was a great place for a family of four to enjoy the scenery and have enough space for 2 remote schoolers and 2 adults working full time. Well equipped and very comfortable. Great all around.

What a beautiful condo! Our daughter, son in law and 2 children made the reservation for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The view was incredible and our family time was great. We had coffee on the veranda every morning and lunch every afternoon. Enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the many restaurants. We went with the kids on a dolphin cruise and it was a lot of fun.

Only lacking sufficient cookware (there is one medium-sized frying pan and one baking sheet). It was difficult to cook for 5 people since we had to split everything up into small batches.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. The decor is amazing. We loved sitting out on the balcony to enjoying an early morning coffee or an evening "Happy Hour". We love that the beach is in walking distance. We spent the week walking and enjoying the local restaurants. Thankfully, Hurricane Micahel stayed far away from Clearwater!
