Thank you for your review. You will be the first to annotate anything of that nature due to the quality of the cleaning team that we do have. We take pride in providing a great experience and stay for our guests. Although your review was negative among all positive reviews, including 4.9 stars and guest favorite on AirBnb, all 10/10 on VRBO ,we are not surprised. We received several massages from you asking that we add amenities that are not picture or listed, basically requesting that we buy a new bed for your stay for your daughter. We politely declined due to the amazing reviews we have received for our rollaway bed and fold out couch in addition to the King bed. All with fresh linens as well. We even gave you the option for a full refund so you could rebook your stay according to your party size and comfort to ensure satisfaction. Hopefully our future guests will read the other reviews to get a better feel for the experience we strive to provide our guests. We truly enjoy hosting . Robert
