About this property

Walking distance to great bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the Holly St. district. Easy (auto or bike) ride to Rainy St., East 6th St., and Downtown Austin! This small 1 bed, 1 bath apartment has a kitchenette, closet space, and a treehouse-esque bedroom. The apartment is attached to the house but has it's own entrance and is equipped with speedy wifi. It's perfect for a young couple, a small family, or a business traveller. Come stay in our loving home (ps - we have small children so you can expect some noise and/or early mornings! :)

Quick getaway

The host was able to accommodate my last minute booking, which I greatly appreciated. Plenty to do within walking distance. Great little hideaway

Great place in East Austin

This is a very well located property in East Austin. It is close to lots of fabulous restaurants. We wanted to cycle around the neighborhood and Lady Byrd Lake. Afton recommended a bike rental location that was a close walk away. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an enjoyable visit to Austin.

Great spot close to everything!

This location was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this was close enough to the airport as well as downtown Austin to be convenient for all of our needs for the weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Short stay with sister.

This place was great, perfect for what we needed. Super clean and airy. The host was so kind and let us check in a few hours early when our flight was moved up! I highly recommend!

Austin visit

Very clean. Apartment looked exactly like pictures and description. Afton was very helpful and easy to contact. The place is walkable to ALL kinds of great stuff. We loved it
