Great Home Directly on Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful! The house has a great layout, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The elevator made moving bags and groceries effortless, and the well-maintained pool is a perfect size. Location-wise, it’s a beautiful walk of less than a mile down the beach to the pier. Landmark provides excellent customer service, responding to our questions immediately—even on the weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise #199 was our family’s choice for summer vacation in 2026. The beachfront home was well laid out, clean, and perfect for our gang spanning ages from 5-88 years old. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. Parking was adequate. The dining areas were rustic with benches in lieu of chairs which was great for our seafood boil night, but maybe not so comfortable for extended meal times. We had two minor issues which were addressed within hours by Landmark management. Location was a plus due to many local businesses within walking distance from the house. Weekends would get a little crowded on the beach due to access point next door, but not an issue on weekdays. My only negative comment would be the landscaping around the pool needed some attention.
