We have rented many properties over the years in many different places, and this one was one of the best. The house was immaculate, and the furnishings and provided items were all in perfect condition. The neighborhood is quiet, and a beach and coffee shop are walkable. Short drive to Saugatuck and other areas of Douglas. My only recommendation would be to allow on-property check-in. Having to go to the office in Saugatuck after a long travel day was not ideal. We have rented other properties where the door entry code goes live exactly at check-in time.

We understand that stopping by our office after a long day of travel isn't always ideal. We do enjoy personally welcoming our guests when possible, and our insurance does require us to collect a copy of a photo ID. We loved this rental. We had a variety of ages with us. Grandparents to young children. The rental accommodated everyone so well. The rental was spotlessly clean! Tons of extra linens & towels. Plenty of room to enjoy interior & exterior living. Safe surroundings. We cooked in most meals & had everything we needed. The location is truly walkable to Douglas Beach. There is nothing more magical than Michigan west coast sunsets.

Perfect house for 7 of us. 3 adult women, 4 kids under 12. The beach is great, but LOTS of stairs to get down to it. Best to drive, but small parking area. We had a great family vacation: dune buggy ride, boat trip at sunset, shopping, etc. Just a few minutes to Saugatuck.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully finished, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day.The provided beach chairs and toys were a fantastic bonus and were enjoyed by everyone in our group. They made beach days much more convenient and saved us from having to bring or rent additional gear.Overall, this is a beautiful home in a great location with excellent amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
