Great for our long weekend stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for our long weekend with our family of 5. Kids enjoyed the pool and the quick access to the beach. Good food options on property as well.

We had a great stay. My 10 andd 13 year old boys had no problem sleeping in the bunk bed. The condo is small but it had a nice view and we enjoyed being close to the beach and pool.

I’m always skeptical when an ocean view is listed. THIS is a very nice ocean view! Everything you need is here is this adorable condo. No need to bring chairs, beach wagon or beach toys. Everything is provided. Kitchen is well stocked and unit is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again

Very cute but small.

We loved this trip to the resort. It was a very quiet and clean facility. The room was in a great location with a beach view. The room was a lot smaller in person than we were expecting. Only a full size bed in the bedroom. I felt safe to walk and ride the bikes around with my daughter. We will definitely be booking with this place again.

The couch and mattress desperately need replacing. Very uncomfortable!

We had an amazing time, with the exception of having to leave. The property was fantastic and beach access was easy. We didn’t see any alligators, but saw plenty of turtles. The condo is equipped with everything you need. We have stayed in many different places and this was the first place that stocked a crock pot. We like to set dinner, go to the beach and come back to dinner being ready. We look forward to the next adventure. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Noise complaint

The only issue we had with the property we had a noise complaint but we did have 3 kids staying with us and it was hard to keep them quite and not be up moving around. Other than this we had a great time

You get what you pay for...

Not a terrible unit. It’s definitely dated. The kitchen was updated though. At the end of a day, I can’t be mad because the price was right. But you get what you pay for. Not great, not terrible. And the bedroom is pretty small.

Unit was unusually small. No kitchen table to eat meals, Elevator did not work. Had to carry my belongings up and down 3 flights of stairs. Would like a refund/compensation.

We have evaluated the listing and the unit size is clearly stated in the description. - Photos are included in the listing that will confirm there is a bar area with three bar stools for guest use. - In regards to the elevator, we were notified that lightning hit the power box and affected the elevators. To ensure efficiency, the resort worked diligently to repair it right away. We do our best to make vacation rental easy for everyone, but external factors such as the elevator are simply out of our control. We truly do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Could not get in touch with property manager

Cockroaches in the kitchen. I contacted the front desk and was told that since we have children they could not exterminate them and we just had to deal with it. We Could not get in touch with property manager at all. The beach chairs were locked up and we were never given a code to unlock them so we did not get to use them. Multiple lightbulbs out with no back up replacement. We were also disappointed to find there were no cleaning supplies such as the Lysol wipes to clean anything up

Everything you need

We arrived and easily checked in at the front desk. After navigating to the appropriate building, we were happy to find a lunge cart to assist us getting to the condo. The condo was much smaller than we had anticipated. My husband is 6’5” and the amenities (sofa, bed) were very small, and the condo is small. The online listing did not mention a keurig, but thankfully there was a regular coffee pot as well. The condo could really use a deep clean. While it was generally clean, the baseboards, walls and floors needed a clean. The balcony is a nice place to have coffee and listen to the ocean. There is a pub table with two chairs. There was a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and some beach toys for anyone with kids. The pool was great and had a hot tub. It goes from 3ft to 8ft which was great for someone tall. The sports bar is fun. The wait staff are really friendly and the food is pretty good too. Get the Bloody Mary, it will not disappoint. Renting bikes is really easy. It’s $30 a day or $35 for three days. You can rent a basket and lock. There is a smart tv but the Wi-Fi is shotty. Went down several times and made it hard to work. Overall, everything you need for a short time. No frills but enjoyable.

Best Place to stay in Hilton Head

The condo was newly renovated with the nicest finishings. With a full kitchen we cook or dine out without leaving the resort. With all views of the ocean. All the staff and guests were so happy all the time because they were in paradise. I cannot wait to return.

Loved the view

The condo was wonderful. The view from the balcony was beautiful and made morning coffee that much more enjoyable. The only hiccup was we didn't get the email with the entry info and front desk doesn't have keys. I called the maintenance contact that we had and he gave us the door code right away.

The condo was beautifully decorated with an awesome view of the ocean. The amenities provided were very nice especially the Keurig Coffee maker with a couple of coffee pods. The front beach resort had an excellent restaurant with beach bar and grill along with an ice cream stand. We will definitely make this a every year vacation destination.

We stayed for a week from may 29 th and had a great time! Beach was really close and restaurants on site were a plus. Condo was nice and clean. 5 star well earned! Few small things to work in; All was good but had 2 towels not clean and top bunk bed had cracks in the bottom wood planks which kind of worried us. Also price of $2450 was a little too high

Quick trip to East Coast

Lovely condo with a nice side view of the ocean. Beautifully decorated; very clean; all necessities provided; and the bed was comfortable! My kid enjoyed the bunk beds!
