The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is your final destination for fun during your vacation. When on vacation with your family, the Hilton Head Beach is the best. It is the most popular family resort on the island. Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is situated along a wide stretch of sand beach. The Oceanfront Resort and Oceanfront Villa are suited with two pools which one is suited for kids. You can enjoy swimming, playing in the spacious playground, and tennis courts. The second pool is the greatest outdoor pool on the island.

105 Admirals Row at Beach and Tennis, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, Folly Field Beach. This resort features two pools, one of which is the largest outdoor pool on the island, plus a children's pool. Also located right at the beach is a poolside seasonal restaurant.

You will enjoy an excellent beach view from your balcony, eating area, kitchen, and the living area. You will have the spectacular opportunity to view the sunshine during the morning as you enjoy your breakfast. During the night, you will enjoy the clear sky with many stars and the moon on the balcony while sipping your favorite cocktail. During the day, there many water activities that you can enjoy watching including sailboats, children playing, kite surfers, board surfers, and folks walking along the beach. Tennis courts, a fitness center, and bikes are rented on the site just for you and your family. You can enjoy a twelve hours bike incredible ride. You will be enjoying viewing fish lagoons, and for the children, they will enjoy fun-filled activities available for them. The kids will enjoy surfboard and beach toys. You will enjoy world-class tennis courts with pros to assist you in the game. Noodles will keep your children enjoyed.

The kitchens are fully equipped with pans, dishes, blender, crock pot, dishwashers, pots and pans and everything else that you can require when at home. The kitchens have a well-made countertop. You will not have to bother yourself with cooking as you can enjoy food from many restaurants in our premises, more so, you should be resting in your vacation. You can enjoy your meals in our on-site restaurants available on our premises. Kitchens have microwave and refrigerator. The bedding and the furniture are new. There are also upgrade condos overlooking the large pool, the ocean, and the beach. Kitchens have new appliances with granite and ceiling fan. Also, other amenities which include dryers and washer around our resort that are coin operated.

When you want to relax, you will enjoy the comfortable queen- sized bed. You will enjoy another flat screen television in the bedroom. Your room will have custom cabinets for holding your books and games, flat screen TV, CD, and DVD players. The dining tables can hold 4 to 6. For the children, they will enjoy built-in bunk beds. You will have a bead board and vanity the wall in the bathroom which also has tile floors. The walls are well and just recently painted with the window and the linens newly treatments. It a happy place to be, well tastefully decorated and well maintained. You will everything a person will need while on vacation. This will be your destination for a relaxing getaway and a fun filled family vacation

The resort also features 10 lighted tennis courts. Guests receive 2 hours per stay of Free Tennis. Night-time tennis is done through the purchase of tokens. A Fitness Center has been created and guests may join on a daily or weekly basis. Both the Fitness Center usage and Tennis Court Time are scheduled through the Pro-Shop.

Bikes may be rented on site for an incredible ride along our twelve miles of beach and miles of bike paths.

Other resort amenities include coin operated washers and dryers throughout the resort, BBQ grills, children's playground, a fishing lagoon, and even a convenience store.

Property was old and musty. We had to lay a blanket on the couch to feel comfortable sitting on it. When we arrived at the property the door code did not work. I called and left two messages asking for help and got no call in return. I finally got a hold of a live person who gave me a new code which worked. Thankfully.

Disappointing Amenities

We are repeat VRBO guests and were rather disappointed with this unit. The listing stated that the unit included a washer and a dryer, which it did not. The property had one available outside of the unit on another floor which was not what the listing read. This was a major inconvenience while traveling with our family. We were frustrated with the electrical outlets as they did not hold our plugs in them, which is a minor upgrade the owner should consider making immediately. Our third inconvenience here was the poor functionality of the sliding glass door. It was extremely difficult to manage as it did not glide easily nor did it have a good handle to grasp. The couch in the living room was extremely low and in terrible sagging condition. The Queen bed was very squeaky and did not feel sturdy. This unit could use some TLC, especially for the price point listed.

Clean, quiet family stay, away from the especially "touristy" areas. Got a ground-floor room (105), out of the 32 rooms (8 per floor, 4 floors) facing the beach; next time, we'll get a higher floor.

Do not... I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Clearly other people that have stayed at other properties that they own are having the same problem. I stayed in Beach and Tennis Admirals Row 105 in Hilton Head. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. When we arrived our unit smelt like mildew. The toilet stopped working and overflowed the very first day we were there. There was a nasty stain on our white towels that look like someone had pooped on it. There were bugs everywhere and mildew and mold all over the shower curtain. We stayed on the bottom floor and our patio door did not even lock. My friend had to visit a clinic while we were there due to respiratory problems from the mildew all in the unit. I also got sick from it. When we contacted the owners about the problem they told me they have refund meetings every Tuesday and would discuss giving me a refund. Apparently, they get complaints so much that they have to have a weekly refund meeting. I paid almost $1000 for my trip and I only got $160 back, which did not even cover the clinic bill/meds we had to get. Considering how sick we got and how nasty this place was I was expecting to receive more back. I will never rent from this company again and I hope you take these review seriously because we are not lying. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! This property was not worth my time or money.

We were so excited to get the the beach with my 2 yr old daughter for her 1st beach trip and this room began the vacation horrible! List of things that are a problem: Big issue: ROACHES, the couch is very old and broke down, the bed is hard, the sink is stopped up, the folding chairs on the balcony are falling apart! My daughter is 2 yrs old and she has allergies and the ROACHES were so big they were scaring her!! live roaches running in all rooms and on the balcony, dead roaches in the floor behind the furniture, roach crap behind the refrigerator! This is not acceptable for anyone to rent! I have been a property manager for 29 years and this is not the way to do business. I called and reported the roaches to the office the 1st day we were here and they apologized and said that was NASTY! We checked in on Monday and was suppose to stay thru Friday but could not deal with the roach problem! We checked out on Tuesday night and went somewhere else. I have contacted the VTrips whom you pay for a partial refund for the days that we did not stay and I am still waiting to hear back from them to see if we will receive any type of refund!!

Dirty, Buggy, Moldy, Old, Rundown

We have been staying at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort for over 16 years. Our experiences have been wonderful. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit and it was terrible and nothing like our previous experiences. The room was so dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned. There were dead bugs on the floor, crumbs on the table and a diaper under the bed. The furnishings were old, uncomfortable, and tattered. Wallpaper was peeling and the smell of mold was overwhelming. We are shocked that any property management company would attach themselves to this property. There were bugs crawling everywhere and the beds were so uncomfortable. The unit needs a complete overhaul. The view is ok but not spectacular as the dunes block most of the view. There are so many nice units on this property; our recommendation is that you book another unit. The resort is great but this unit is awful and we highly recommend staying away from it. Do not waste your money on it!

We stay at HH BEACH AND TENNIS on Admiral row every year. This was by far the worst condo ever. Floor at door entrance was rotting out. Smell of mold/ mildew in bedroom area was bad and it affected my allergies. The only TV was 20 years old with poor quality viewing. Folding wood chairs on bacony were horrible. Sofa and bad were old and hard to sit and sleep on. Not worth the rental price charged for this unit. Will definitely mark this off my list for future rentals.😩

This property is very old. This particular unit is in bad need of maintenance and upkeep. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bunk beds that were available had we had extra people were absurd. Felt like we were in the 70s. Walls are paper thin where all noises beside, above and in the halls are heard. We would not stay here again.

We rented this property for our children to have a brief vacation. It took three HOURS to check in because the rental property did not notify the resort of our children's arrival. They missed one of their three days out of the beach trying to resolve this, often waiting in a very hot car with their baby on a very hot day. There were multiple things wrong with the apartment. We, nor they, would ever return.

Worn room that needs some attention.

We love staying at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, however this Room was not exactly what we were expecting compared to the pictures. This room is very worn and needs some attention and updating. Also needs to be exterminated. I have stayed for the past 5 years in the condo complex and this is the worst room we have stayed in so far.

A bit of a mess

For the amount of money we paid, we expected a better experience. When we arrived, we spent 1-2 hours trying to figure out how to get into the unit. The condo did not have a lock box. We called the number in the app multiple times and left voice mails. We finally got in touch with someone at VRBO and they told us we had to pick up the key at another office. This information was not in any of the reservation details nor app. The unit had multiple water stains on the ceiling, wall paper peeling and was riddled with roaches. Sliding glass door handle was hanging off and oven was in need of repairs. The living room couch had stains, furniture on the patio and beach chairs were moldy. Parking was inadequate. The resort needs to establish assigned parking by unit, but we realize this is not in the control of the unit owner and is a resort issue. We don't plan on renting this unit again in the future unless these issues are addressed.

Beautiful complex but this unit not the best

We had a rough start by getting a keyless entry code only to discover we needed an actual key. So back to rental office. Condo smelled of smoke. The couch wreaks of smoke and needs to be replaced. The toilet seat wasn't clean , bathroom mirror was falling off of wall, and the screen door wouldn't lock. We could have called house cleaning about the toilet seat but didn't want to wait and did it ourselves. Maintenance responded quickly to the other issues. A spray was given for smoke smell in condo but didn't take it out of the couch. I understand this unit is rated "bronze" however smoke smell is unacceptable. The appliances were clean but cabinet knobs felt gross. Also a lot of scuffs on the wall . I recommend a "magic eraser"! A fresh coat of paint would do wonders too! But again, it's a bronze rated unit and perhaps the price reflected that. Just felt things weren't the cleanest due to smoke and scuffs... The beach view and proximity to the beach is best thing about this unit. The overall complex is great though! Awesome pools, great beach location, close to restaurants and stores. I'd recommend another unit in this complex.

Screen door broke, couch was nasty, ceiling stains, roaches, rooms need painting. Basically, the worst condo we have ever rented. The resort was nice, but need to up their standards on owners keeping up their condos. Will not return to this resort.

Unit in rough shape

Upon arrival, our unit had not been cleaned from the previous renters. It was disgusting. After a thorough cleaning by the crew there were still plenty of places that needed attention. The walls are stained, there's evidence of leaks all over. We had quite a few small roaches too. For the amount that of money that we spent we figured the unit would be in much better shape. The only reason for 2 stars over 1 is the view and beach accessibility. We will not return to this particular unit.
