My husband and I stayed in this house for three weeks while he was receiving care at Mayo. It quickly began to feel like home! Things we especially appreciated:1. Broc was extremely responsive before our stay as well as during it.2. The living room furniture and beds were comfy. I slept unusually well every night! The bath towels were nice, too.3. The kitchen is well stocked and features bonus items like a blender, hand mixer, plastic storage bags, and foil. 4. I don't think the listing mentions this, but the house comes with a garage!--it was very handy for keeping snow off our car!5. The spacious top floor has a large desk with outlets and USB ports built in, as well as a section of open floor that became my yoga studio. I spent a lot of time up there, and kids would love it! (There's also a TV and kid-friendly floor chairs.)6. The house is about equidistant from Mayo's Methodist and St. Mary's campuses. It's close to a couple of parks and a walking trail. There are also lots of stores, bakeries, gas stations, etc. nearby.
