Only seven houses from the Gulf of Mexico, Bay Breeze (along with the attached Beach Breeze) is a gorgeous two-story elevated home located on Laika Lane in the heart of Captiva Village and surrounded by lush landscaping. Numerous windows and towering ceilings in the first-floor living room lend an air of spaciousness to the home. Through the sliding glass doors, the screened lanai offers your family options for relaxation with a private heated lap pool (with a wall for privacy). Upstairs, the expansive sun deck is the perfect place to catch some rays.

Located in the highly desirable Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is just steps from the eclectic dining & shopping the island is known for. Come and see what Bay Breeze (or Beach Breeze) is all about — you won't be disappointed!

This was a great property, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, activities. It’s in the heart of everything, but on a quiet street…. With beach access. Fantastic!

Bay Breeze

BayBreeze was a fantastic rental on Captiva! It was our first time staying at this property but have stayed at various others on Captiva over the years and we were extremely happy with Bay Breeze! It’s location and amenities are great and we would certainly rent this property again!

Captiva Condo

Check in and check out was simple and easy. Property was even better than described. Location was a very short walk to the beach and to all of the restaurants in “downtown “ Captiva. We would definitely rent this property again.
