This Kiawah Island vacation rental is the perfect place for a coastal getaway! The second-floor villa features a queen bedroom, screened porch, and is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.

The living room boasts 2 sofas, a chair, a TV, abundant natural light, and access to the screened porch. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals and offers a dining table for four.

Great location!

We loved being so close to the beach and trails and just a short drive to restaurants at Freshfields! The rental had everything we needed and we were thankful for the $150 rentals credit.

Very Relaxing

The condo was as shown in the pictures - very comfortable and it had everything we needed .The area was quiet and relaxing. We loved the screened in porch! We were able to watch all of the wildlife - deer, gators, turtles, bullfrogs - we loved it. Even the walk to the beach was interesting. We enjoyed the close proximity to Charleston as well. It is a beautiful city. We will be back!

Great Location

The location was absolutely perfect! My husband and I loved waking up and being able to ride over to the market for breakfast and just a quick tide to the beach. The patio was also beautiful and one of the highlights as we were able to watch the birds and the alligators! The only downside was the bedroom seemed to need a good deep dusting. We both woke up every morning feeling like a cold was coming on, which would go away once we got up and out of the room. The only explanation we could think of was allergies from dust? Other than that the stay was wonderful and we can't wait to come back!

Kiawah Tennis Condo Stay

Some sundry items were missing upon arrival: soap, detergent pods, dishwashing pods, etc. Door is in bad shape and needs fixed. Sticks and is hard to close. Screened in lanai needs a little cleaning. Shelves in dining area need to be tightened or removed. Otherwise, it is a nice condo overlooking the pond and is nicely appointed.

Tennis Villa

The Villa was clean inside and they had fresh coffee ready for us when we arrived with clean utensils, plates and silverware for cooking. However, the stairwell was infested with spiders. Upon arrival, we had to clear the entrance of webs and spiders. During the week, we noticed a large brown widow that was perched along the stairwell. Upon checkout, we noticed a very large brown spider inside of the laundry washer. Hopefully, the unit gets a strong insecticide applied to the inside and outside of the area. Everything else was great during our stay and we had a great time!

First time to Kiawah Is. Beautiful, peaceful. Will return.

Initial opinion was nice and well laid out (clean sheets, sinks, tub, etc.). Overall unit was not clean (kit. cabs., base board trim, tile floors/joints; particularly the screened porch)...The frig smelled of fish. Had cleaning crew try to rid (they got 50%). We ended up buying vinegar and scrubbing inside. Outside Bldg lighting (entrance stairs, security, unit no., etc.) out 3 days. I called on my second day to get repair person out. Finally corrected.. Had to use flash lights to get up stairs safely. This unit needs a deep clean and trim painted, etc to command these prices.

Just ok

When we arrived to the property there was a dead roach on the bed. Outside the bedroom are street lights, and with no curtains being on the windows it was extremely bright at bed time. We even checked out a day early because we were not able to sleep. The porch and porch furniture was very dirty. We love Kiawah but this specific rental was below our expectations.

Lovely condo

Lovely condo - neutral peaceful decor & conveniently located so it was easy to bikes to both ends of the island. We saw dolphins strand fishing on the Seabrook side & lots of birds by the ocean course & several deer as we relaxed on the lovely screened in porch. The credit for beach equipment was a plus & we got bikes & an umbrella. Sadly we didn’t use the umbrella as it was a little bulky & it’s was easier to ride the bikes to the beach. The condo could have used a little touch up paint but we would definitely stay here again

The only issue (not a huge deal) but I rented this particular condo because the screened porch looked so inviting in the pictures. In reality it is a bit dingy,other than that it was a nice place to stay. Also we did not realize we had to use the beach credits the day we got there and they had expired when we tried to use them. But all in all we had a great stay.
