The layout includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple spaces to gather or unwind—including a light-filled sunroom, cozy living room, and a loft games room above the garage.

While the property feels private and tucked away, it’s ideally located along the Lighthouse Route with easy access to some of the South Shore’s most loved destinations. Cherry Hill Beach is just 1.4 km away, with Rissers Beach and Crescent Beach a short drive beyond. Local favourites such as the Petite Riviere General Store, Osprey's Nest, LaHave Bakery, Ploughman’s Lunch are all nearby as well.

The historic towns of Lunenburg and Mahone Bay—each about 40–50 minutes away—are well worth the scenic coastal drive, offering charming shops, excellent dining, and beautiful harbour views. In season, you may even spot the Bluenose II sailing along the coast.
