Gorgeous scenery

Enjoyed our few days and nights here! Listening to the animals at night. Spotting alligator in the canal behind the house was awesome. We had a great time very nice cozy place. Very clean and had all the stuff you need while on vacation.

Our stay at your Cottage was comfortable cozy and relaxing. Everything was conveniently available. We got to see alligators and turtles and snakes and beautiful dragonflies!

Relaxing Getaway

This was our 2nd time staying at this Beautiful home. We love it! The house gives you an at home feel while being on vacation. You can enjoy your time at the lake while only being an hour from 3 popular beaches. The community is nice and welcoming. Always a pleasant stay and looking forward to our next one!

Spring Break!

We always have a great time when we stay here. Brought the kids down to get out of the house for Spring Break and it was absolutely worth it. The house was very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Everything was better than the post! The kids had a blast and the house made for an excellent home feeling during our stay. Also the Lake was so beautiful! 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be staying here again.

Classic Lake Experience

We had a wonderful time at Carol's lake house. Carol's communication was top notch and everything went smoothly. The house was perfect for our needs. We love Waccamaw and hope to stay with Carol again next year.

Very pleasant and comfy

My best girlfriend and I stayed at the property in early June 2022 and had a wonderful time. The house was lovely and very comfy however the grill wasn't working so we couldn't grill like we hoped. The house was clean, the bedrooms were spacious and provided a homey feel. We absolutely loved how relaxing it was. The pier is across the street and doesn't have a railing to it. There's no seating area so there wasn't much to do at the pier. There is a space to sit out chairs right before the pier so you can watch the sunrise or the sunset - which was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was lovely and it's very peaceful and quiet. Carol was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The house and location was close to Myrtle beach and it was easy to navigate to the grocery store and gas station. My BFF and I would definitely want to visit again. Thanks Carol!

Family vacation before school starts back

Nice property location with very little traffic. Very peaceful. Carried our boat and learned that we shared a pier across the street with others. They were extremely nice. There was no gas grill. I had to pan fry our hamburger and hot dogs but no worries there. We will be renting this location again and we will bring a grill. We had a great and relaxing time.
