Make lasting memories in this secluded hide away! This stunning home has breathtaking views of the Pottowatomie Preserve with extensive landscaping and fencing throughout. It is only minutes from Saugatuck with the feeling of being miles from everywhere. Features a Gourmet kitchen with large WI pantry, center island, Large stove, Cherry cabinets, Corian counters & soaring wood ceilings. The spacious living area features a floor to ceiling fieldstone Gas fireplace & lots of natural light. French doors lead to a 32'x13' sun room for extra dining and living space. The master ensuite also features a vaulted wood ceiling and 2 sets of French doors leading to the screened porch, perfect for your morning coffee or tea. Another BR, bath, laundry & a breezeway complete the main level. The walkout lower level boasts a spacious rec. room, another full kitchen, family room, two bedrooms, walk-in closet and full bath. A perfect place to entertain family & friends. The master bedroom will have a king bed and a tv. The second bedroom will also have a king bed and a tv. The loft will have a king bunk bed with a queen trundle. The lower bedroom #4 will have 2 queen Beds. The lower bedroom number 5 will also have 2 queen beds. There is a large sectional in the downstairs living area. Bringing the total capacity to 16. There is a pool table off the kitchen downstairs next the lower living area. There is a fire pit area outside on the back patio. The whole back side of the house has amazing views of Potawatamie marsh whether sitting by the fire or in the 7 person hot tub that is available all year around. This is a VERY private cottage that is only minutes from downtown Saugatuck. The garage may or may not be available for use.

By renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:

Rental Rules (RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED):

1.)No smoking: All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Any boats (if available) used on the property require life jackets be worn and are used at your own risk.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway. Parking on the road is prohibited.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. This goes for DAY OR NIGHT. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. The maximum occupancy of this Property is 16 DAY OR NIGHT due to fire code.
14.) The pool table is to be used properly and children who are not old enough to play or do not know how to play are not allowed to use the equipment. Please do not use the pool table to set drinks or ANYTHING. Guest will be responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment.
16.) No more than 5 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT!
17.) There may be wood for the fire pit that you are welcome to use but it is not provided. You can get firewood at most all local gas stations and stores. Please Do NOT ever leave fireplace on when unattended.
18.) The garage may or may not be available for use.
19.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
*Disclosure: There may be cameras with sound at outside entrances of cottages ONLY.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
