This condo is well taken care of. It's my own property that I personally manage. No bulk rental company or long lines to wait in on check in or out! I will make sure all issues are addressed first hand.

We're a mile from the popular and famous Pier Park. Located in a great location for family activities and fun. Walking distance to parks, zoos, racetracks, aquariums and restaurants. Next door to a beach front bar and grill that you'll actually enjoy going to! Great food and drink specials year round with beach front indoor and outdoor seating.

Ask about the 3-pay plan before booking! I can split the cost out into thirds to help make paying for your beach vacation easier. Scroll down to ask the manager a question and inquire if interested. I personally own and maintain a few condos here at Emerald because I love this location and the facilities are top notch. This on the beach property is comfortably furnished and was recently refreshed. No bulk hotel furniture here. The views from the balcony are spectacular, many times you can see dolphins swimming right from the living room. You’re literally on the beach. Stocked with what you need to feel like home, including:

This place was great. Exactly as stated. Steve checked on us making sure everything was ok for us. Nice, clean and plenty of room. We will definitely be staying here again. Beds slept good, even the Murphy's bed. Would strongly recommend .

This 1 bedroom was perfect for outr family of 3 to celebrate our son's 12th birthday. Condo was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Had good internet so my husband and son could game in our down time. Great stay :)

Not The Best

I rented this room for my mother and three of her granddaughters. Apparently a rental company takes care of this room. It was dirty, not many dishes for cooking, just overall nasty. The balcony looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Please take over your own condo before the management company gives you bad name. Never renting this room again! This shows they are nasty rooms at every nice place.

The condo had everything that we needed. The kids used the bunk beds, which were right next to the master bedroom. The washer and dryer allows you to pack less for a long stay. The condo had two pools, one which was more kid friendly. They had a STARBUCKS!! With a condo with 25 floors, the elevators were very fast. The condo had an ice cream stand and snow cones at the beach side pool. The only two negatives would be the crowded beach and the right turns in the parking deck. Overall, we had a great time and the owner was very easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay, splitting equal time between beach and "kids pool". Convenient access to the beach was great and appreciated having beach showers and bathrooms on ground level as well! Rental unit was as expected, most important- bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, unit was a comfortable temp at preset 73 degrees as long as we kept the dehumidifier set appropriately. Would consider a stay again if ever in the area.

Lovely Condo!

Upon arrival, we entered into a clean, beautiful condo! The view from the condo was amazing! Our kids enjoyed the pools and being steps away from the beach. This condo was so clean and ee couldn't have asked for a better location ! We walked to a few restaurants, putt putt, and had a short drive to Pier Park 2 nights. The main pool was super crowded and you needed to get there before 10 to claim a chair or you were SOL. We were overall very happy with our choice to stay here and plan to book for next year.

Condo was nice, but needs updates. Couch was broken down, chairs on the balcony had old worn out cushions, and the shower was was leaking and the shower head would not stay in a position. The bed in the bedroom was very broken down and uncomfortable. We did find trash under the bed and on the balcony from former tenants. Most of all, the Air Conditioning would only keep the unit cooled to 80 deg, so it was very hard to sleep at night. The owner did attempt to get the A.C. fixed, but wasn't able to get us any relief during our stay.
