2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom apartment with huge deck with views facing North East towards Sunshine Beach. The building is only 4 apartments. Positioned high on a hill, 200m to the sand, 1km walk to Peregian shops. Completely renovated in late 2015.

Very relaxing

The unit is set up and equiped really well, Sam was great to deal with. The view from the balcony is beautiful, it was so nice to have a quiet drink and platter in the afternoons. The day bed out on the balcony was my favourite place for an afternoon snooze 😄 Peregian beach and village is a lovely sleepy chilled out place. Although the ocean was a bit choppy for us the beach was a great place to stroll every day.
