Lovely home right near South Cocoa Beach, literally a 3 minute walk and you're at the ocean. We stayed for 2 nights but wish we had booked for a week. The host, Janet, was at out disposal throughout our stay with answers to any questions we had. She was very attentive, kind and accommodating.The home had easy parking right in front. There's two bedrooms and one bath, which was perfect for us. The kitchen had new appliances and the living area was very comfortable. Wifi worked well. The main reason for our trip wad to visit The Kennedy Space Center which was a short 30 min ride. So much to do in the area, we will be back and when we do we'll book with Janet.

The apartment was neat, tidy, and well lit. Beds were very comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was sparsely equipped but we didn’t cook anything so it worked for us. I was impressed how quiet it was after dark; not much traffic on the street out front.
