Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean your dishes before departing and bag all trash, bringing all trash to the trash can next to the shed outside.
Please put used towels in the bathtub.
Please leave used beds unmade; no need to strip beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Septic: Only toilet paper may be flushed—no wipes (even ‘toilet-safe’) and no feminine products. Nothing other than water down the kitchen sink.
Being residential, no overnight guests outside those included in the booking are permitted. Events must be approved by host in advance.
Violation of no pet policy, smoking, and event rules will result in a $500+ fee. Wood Burning Stove is out of order and cannot be used at this time.

We loved this unique family friendly stay 30 min away from Penn State for our family with 5 kids! All the essentials were available at the church house (linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). It was a very comfortable and homey. Megan was able to accommodate an early check-in for us and kind enough to leave some goodies for us upon arrival. She was always available to answer any questions we had. We loved the property and would stay here again.

My buddy from Nebraska and I have been meeting at a Nebraska football away game for 5 seasons. But this is the first time we have stayed at a rental property other than a hotel. It was nice to have a place to hang out together instead of just in the car.

Everything was as promised. Very neat and clean. Great communication with the owners. Check in was a breeze. We were allowed to check in early which was kind and accomodating. It's a large, unique space that was good for our group of six adults. We went for a Penn State football game and the location was perfect. Not too far from Beaver Stadium. We found a great coffee shop nearby as well as several local restaurants within a short driving distance. Thanks for a nice experience in a repurposed church.

This property is perfect for young families with children because the church house is a large open space with games to entertain the children. It’s on a quiet road & easy to find. The bathroom is large enough to accommodate a cast iron tub that looks inviting to soak yourself & a shower…The facility has several forms of heat & a heat pump to provide AC. Heat pump’s are very quiet. There are two private bedrooms for couples & two bedrooms in the open area ideal for mom/dad & 3 children. The morning sun on the stain-glass windows are awesome to look at while eating breakfast but eating eggs & toast on a Sunday morning in the church house was weird. The place has, what looks to be a 75” TV on the wall. Perfect for sports or movies. The church house has character. There is a swing set in the yard & lounge chairs with a fire pit for adult's to chat after sunset. .
