The enclosed balconies and provided high-speed internet combine to offer flexibility for work-from-home. The garage offers space for one vehicle. Or park on the driveway (space for two vehicles) and use the garage to securely store bikes, golfcart or other fun beach town items. A perfect location with easy access to beach, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, activities, etc. and a short drive to Mayo and other nearby hospitals. Clean, ample supplies, and easy check-in process. I would say prior to check-in communications may be improved upon, perhaps owner/reps of property would consider putting together agreement or city/beach short-term rental guidelines to help with process. We paid for my son's dog to stay, while during check-out, rep acted as if they were surprised we had a dog crate inside property. We followed owner/reps guidelines during stay, while check-out felt a bit inhospitable, which may be somewhat understandable since we had to leave very early, and my adult son was a 10 minutes late checking out.

Good location and great little backyard for our dog. The unit was clean and well equipped. Bonus was the use of the garage. The unit was very nice but not quite up to luxury standards.
