The home is located within a mountain resort, which has a multi million dollar private recreation center, which includes one outdoor pool and hot tub, one indoor pool and an indoor lap pool. Property comes with one guest pass and additional guests pay admission for the day. The home is close to major ski areas such as Waterville Valley, 10 minutes by car and Loon Mountain which is about 20 minute drive. Heading north you will be in Franconia Notch which includes Cannon Mountain and the Flume Gorge in addition to many other attractions. The home is slightly north of the Lakes Region and Lake Winnipesaukee for summer activities. The area offers endless scenic views and opportunities for skiing, hiking, biking, swimming and fishing. After exploring and enjoying our home offer the perfect place to relax. The property is part of Waterville Estates which offers a recreation center with pools, hot tubs, basketball and tennis courts for daily fees.

This home was absolutely immaculate, and it was decorated beautifully! The bedding and towels are all brand new and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you need (including a brand new Nespresso machine that makes the most delicious coffee!!). In addition, the host was very responsive and took care of any need we had during our stay. HIGHLY recommend this property. Wonderful experience!!

This place Had the touches that make it personal! The decor was great , the layout and rooms are really nice .it is well stocked with plenty of bathrooms towels etc . The setting is in the woods and very quiet and peaceful . I would absolutely recommend this place . Close enough to the major attractions without being right in them!
