The property features heating and AC, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and a half bath on the main floor. This quaint and perfect rental is excellent for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. 1st floor has a newly renovated kitchen, dining and living space. Plenty of games and toys for kids and adults. Fireplace and a half bath. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with closet space and dressers. A linen closest and full bath. 3rd floor is a private master bedroom with a walk in closet, dresser, his/hers sinks, and a large walk in shower. Free parking within the complex. A beautiful, well maintained pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, pool key included. Wifi and television with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ available. Minutes walk from a coffee shop, finer dining and a pizzeria. Less than a mile from grocery stores, shopping, and more restaurants. 20 minutes from Boulder and 10 minutes from historic downtown Longmont.

This was a fabulous vacation day – highly recommend! The place is spacious enough for everyone to feel like they could gather together or get away a bit. It was also small enough that it was super cozy to just hang out in the open concept, kitchen living room, dining area with a fireplace, it was a fantastic place to be for a holiday. The accommodations were lovely. The aesthetics were beautiful. It was a very comfortable stay. The location also was great … near enough to shops if we needed to run out quick to pick something up and not too far to downtown Longmont Niwot or Boulder if you wanted to spend time out.
