Beautiful and convenient location—super close to LAX and a great central hub for exploring the city. Easy access to major highways made getting around seamless. We were able to visit West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Hermosa all within about 30 minutes.The space itself was very spacious, and having three bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. The host made everything incredibly easy—from check-in to parking—and all amenities were simple to access and use.Overall, a great stay and would absolutely recommend.

I enjoyed how spacious the property was, but unfortunately, there were several things that made my stay more stressful than relaxing. The parking situation is very confusing if you aren’t already familiar with how it works. One night, I realized I had apparently blocked another car in, and I spent the entire night worried that I was going to be towed. No one had explained that this was actually how the parking was set up and that it was okay to block those vehicles in. A simple note with parking instructions would have saved me a lot of unnecessary stress. I also had a difficult time finding the key when I first arrived. The phone number provided for assistance doesn’t seem to work—the line just gives a busy signal—so the only way to communicate with anyone is through email, which isn’t very helpful when you need immediate assistance. One of the bedrooms is also located along the road, so there is quite a bit of traffic noise. That definitely wasn’t my cup of tea, especially when I was exhausted and trying to sleep. Lastly, I could not find the switch anywhere to turn off the exterior light by the side porch. After already dealing with the other issues, I wasn’t about to send another email just to ask where a light switch was. Basic information like parking instructions, key access, and exterior light controls should be clearly provided somewhere for guests. The property itself has plenty of space, but the lack of clear instructions & accessible communication was stressful
