Host controlled thermostat temperature; turned it to 75 and locked it; A/C not the best, we paid top dollar for 2 nights of uncomfortable sleep and were treated like children. Could have easily requested we keep the thermoatat at or around a certain temp, instead, host locked us out completely. We paid a very high rate for this terrible service, just shows that host will pinch Pennies instead of be reasonable for their guests comfortability; would never stay here again.

Unfortunately the issue noted was due to a member of the group lowering the thermostat to high 50s to low 60s on the first night of the stay. In listing does state thermostat is set yet we do allow guest to move in a 5 degree bracket for thier range of comfort. Upon check in guest had full control of the thermostat then a alert was sent to my phone warning that the temperature was being set to a level that potenally could freeze up the coil about midnight first night. It is not penny pinching when a HVAC system has to be replaced at a cost of about $12k. Morning of second day set to 72 immediately after texting 75 was not good for them so places at 72 remainder of the stay and guest left place clean appreciate thier business and thier actions alone resulted in our company making measures to make sure our HVAC was not damaged
