Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable for your family during the holidays, the cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the location is amazing. You need to stay in this apartment, for privacy and security for your family and friends. Is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

We had a top of the line stay. The vista cay location is centrally located and close to everything. The home is beautiful and comforting. The best thimg about our stay was how amazing the host was. We usually don't need to contact the host on our stays but we came across some family issues while we stayed and our host was great at accomodating us. We will definitely stay again amd recommend. Thank you.

Great location and host communication was great!

Great location and the host was very helpful and informative! My family of 5 were very comfortable in the location. The furniture and TVs could use updating along with the carpet, but overall great stay!

Spacious and convenient location

We had 2 teens. A 20 year old, and parents so the 3 bedrooms were great! The stairs to get up to the 4th floor after walking the parks all day was a bear. We never take elevators if we can help it, but there is an elevator for those that need one.

Very Nice Condo

This property was perfect for what we needed during our stay. The layout is really nice for a family and it is equipped with all of the things that you would need. It is definitely a little rough inside. Several of the outlets are lose against the walls and some do not have plate covers. There is no screen door on the patio, the toaster doesn't work, at least one set of blinds does not close, and the televisions/cable setup is dated. On the other hand it was very clean, close to the pool, and also very quiet.

NCSA trip

The condo was very nice. Our only issue was with the tv not working when we arrived. I would like to see a few more dishwasher & laundry tabs. We were there for 7 days and cooked every day. Also we were there for a 5 day swim meet, so had to do multiple loads of towels.

Overall the property wasn’t bad. It was very close to a Publix which is a plus. We weren’t there majority of the times but it was in an area near almost every place we were at.

Nice place but???

Enjoyed our stay, loved the property and location.....our only beef was the mattresses, very hard, old spring technology 😢maybe upgrade to a nicer mattress
