The space
Newly green-built modern studio on ground floor of luxe townhome with extras, including in-floor radiant heating, air conditioning (rare in Seattle), and high-end fixtures and appliances, including a unique washer/dryer combo appliance.
The studio has its own private entrance with electronic lock for self check-in and ultimate convenience.
Please note that the bathroom is European style, with the shower, toilet, and sink all in the same area, without separation. The wet floor dries quickly, however, due to the radiant heat under the floor.
Also please note: We no longer have dedicated parking for this unit, our apologies. You can usually find available spots to park right on the hill; otherwise you’ll need to find street parking.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire lower unit. There is a common pathway for the building, but the entrance door to the lower unit is private and only for this unit. The upper unit and lower unit of this townhome are completely separated from each other and only have access to their own respective space.
Please note: We no longer have dedicated parking permits for this unit, so it is street parking only. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Other things to note
Please note that the home is located on a hill that is quite steep. Although the unit is single-level, it may not be very accessible to those with mobility issues.
Also please note that the townhome is in a building with common walls so sounds from the other units can sometimes be heard.
