The location and sunsets were spectacular!!! Favorite times were front row seats to the sunset each evening and morning walks on the beach right outside the lanai! Would definitely stay again. Dan and Crystal were so kind and responsive.

We had a perfect stay! Everything was just as described. Beautiful location on the beach -everything we needed. We walked everywhere for three days. Never moved the car. Dan and Crystal are excellent hosts!
We enjoyed the screened in porch for playing cards and eating.

Our son Ryker, Dan, and Crystal give us the RDC initials that we use for our family business and website. We are originally from Ohio but moved to Florida over 10 years ago. We have been married since 2017. We bought unit 6 in 2021 as it was a dream of ours for several years. In early 2024 we were fortunate enough to buy our second unit this time on Siesta Key. Finally we added the ground floor beachfront unit #1 in the fall of 2025 as our small family business grows. We self-manage all three and do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests

Walk straight out to the sand from this rare ground-floor beachfront unit. No stairs, no stress, just pure Anna Maria Island relaxation

What makes this property unique

You are beachfront on Anna Maria Island one of the most beautiful powder soft sand beaches in the US. Unobstructed view of the gulf from your lanai or living room. Queen bed in the bedroom. Contactless entry as the front door has a code that we will give you the night before you arrive. You will get your own designated parking spot for your stay. Once there the car isn’t even necessary unless you plan to go off Anna Maria Island. There is a convenient stop across the street for the free trolley that runs from 6 am to 10 pm all day with stops every 20 minutes.
