About the host

Host profile image
My husband Bill and I will be your hosts. We moved here to Blue Hill in 2018 from Maryland. As a child I came to Maine every summer since my mothers family was here. We also have a cottage on the Penobscot Bay about 30 minutes from Blue Hill that has been in my family since the 1940's. We love it here and are excited for our guests to experience the coast of Maine

Why they chose this property

The Cottage and our house are in the heart of Blue Hill Villiage. We love being close to all the down town activities. We are two doors from the beautiful Blue Hill libary where they have speakers and other weekly activities year round. We are also walking distance to restaurants, stores, coffee shops the grocery store and a couple of the Blue Hill Heritage Trust trails.

What makes this property unique

Since our guests spend most of the days out exploring Acadia Park or wandering around nearby towns, we took extra care in making the bed as comfortale as possibe. From crisp LLBean sheets and a cozy down comforter to differnt pillows to choose from I(almost) guarentee a good night sleep!
