Best short stay home ever

This home has a beautifully designed front and back yards. You can just choose your sun or shaded area and kick back. The pool and spa were were awesome. The home was clean and comfortable with everything you needed for a fun and relaxing time. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and dishes. We highly recommend this place. Great restaurants near by and not far from the strip.

Mostly pleasant stay, however, I wish they had sent the agreement before our cancellation date had expired. It forced us to agree to things that weren't in the original rules of the house or lose our money.

Best short term rental I’ve ever used.

The home and property was exceptionally beautiful. It was truly an oasis. The pool was awesome! The home was clean and had everything you needed. Many times the kitchen is not stocked with the essential items needed for dining in. This kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and dishes. Thanks for a great experience!

You can tell they love their home.

The house is well kept and beautiful. the decorations were themed and fun but not in a hokey way. The hot tub was the highlight of out trip. A amazing after long days in Cosplay. The one critique I have is the beds and storage. The beds are not for the faint of heart or old of age. I would absolutely rent again but I would bring my own mattress topper or two. Also there is limited clothing storage non of the rooms have dressers.

The house was adequate but a bit dated. Some of the furniture, dressers, kitchen items didn't work well. The numerous messages left all over the house about the consequences if we didn't do something right (like clog the toilet) were pretty tiresome for a vacation setting. Location was good and it worked for a family stay.

Creepy feeling with all the cameras watching your stay

I've stayed in plenty of VRBO rentals and have nothing but 5 star reviews from the hosts, but the way that the host use stage their cameras and use them is creepy at best. I would not stay here again, I would not use any of their properties. My stay was with my two young children and their grandparents, a quiet stay that definitely did not require NSA level of surveillance.

Check in process was annoying, several people contacted me. House was not as clean as you would expect; even for an outdate older home. For all the notes & rules you would expect it to be white glove clean. Seems the real owners have not been to the property in a long time & the management company does not tend to the or as they should. Pool had Algae growing in it!

We wish you had reached out, we would have promptly responded and sent the cleaning team back to the home to address your concerns. - We regularly spend time in the home throughout the year, to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the home, including updates and fixes so future guests have comfortable stays. - We have the pool serviced twice a week by a professional pool technician. With the lush foliage around the pool, high temperatures and wind, some algae can quickly form. We wish you had reached out during your stay and given us the opportunity to address this concerns. We would have been happy to have the pool tech come to the property to remedy the issue. Barely passable and definitely not great…..

Check-in was easy, but involved correspondence day before travel. Home could use a good, thorough cleaning and wish we could get a refund on that fee. Dishwasher was broken and we were not advised in advance. Thanksgiving dinner dishes and pans all washed by hand. With all the notes posted all over the house of what to do and not do, a simple phone call or text from owners about dishwasher was needed. They just obviously did not want to deal with us during the stay. Nice backyard and well stocked kitchen, but that’s about all I can say that is positive.

Hi Judy, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "I'm very sorry to hear they found their stay anything other than satisfactory. Upon hearing about the dishwasher not working we had our handyman come back out as soon as we could (We could not get any immediate fix as it was, of course, a Holiday) but he has informed us nothing seems to be wrong with the dishwasher. As for the home being dirty- I wish we would have heard about it during their stay as we would have made an effort to correct the issue somehow."

Family trip to Vegas to visit family

We really liked the house but had a couple of issues on day one. After the first day all was fine. When I walked in Master bedroom there was two vomit spots on the floor and one looked like a plant or small rodent. Then around 2am the ceiling in my son’s room began to pour water down on the bed his clothes were sitting on. Water came through smoke detector and ceiling light fixture. I called property manager and they sent neighbor to fix plumbing in fridge leak above the bedroom. There was a water stain mark on floor next to fridge. I don’t believe this was a new problem. We would appreciate some discount on our stay since my son for the rest of stay had to sleep in the couch. The room smelled of mildew cuz of wet mattress and floor. The rest was nice. Well stocked essentials and great backyard. One last comment, it is not great that the only access to backyard is down steep stairs off the kitchen. My 84 year old dad couldn’t go to backyard.

Last stop of family road trip

I will start by saying that I would have given this property a five star review, except there were a few hiccups in the beginning that affected my review. I will state that the owners were in constant contact and we’re doing everything within their power to rectify the situation. One of the issues was totally out of their control, and the other issue was with the pool cleaning and tree workers that showed up to trim the palm trees. This Dilemma may have just been a miscommunication amongst the landscape/pool staff, But did prove to be an inconvenience for one of our vacation days. Once that was settled, our stay was wonderful. The house is lovely… With plenty of space for our family of six to spread out… And also large gathering spaces where we could come together to eat, watch movies, hang out by the pool, and take advantage of the amazing tiki patio area! I would just suggest a few lounge chairs near the pool. The owners have put much effort into the “oasas” feel of the backyard … And the greenery and extensive landscape design… Provides a welcome lush relaxation spot… Especially in this very hot dry climate in the summer. The house comes equipped with all of the basic necessities and the property is within close distance to many store/restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed being close to the action of the Vegas strip, but far enough to be able to enjoy a more quiet, peaceful stay when some downtime was needed! We had a wonderful stay in Las Vegas, thanks for hosting!

Central location

We stayed here as a central location to Vegas, the Hoover dam, Grand Canyon, and Zion. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices and I loved having two washer and dryers (helpful for a family of 5). Sable was very nice and responsive to text messages and the suggestions for restaurants and things to do around the area was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
