Host is very welcoming. Ensured all needs were met. Checked in and was very prompt with replies. Location is in a cozy, walkable neighborhood. Plenty of space in the apartment, new furnishings and well kept.

What I love MOST about my neighborhood is its close proximity to the beach. You’re able to enjoy a sunrise, walk around and enjoy beautiful scenery. There are great shops and cute boutiques nearby that you can explore and find new things. I love that you can walk to shops and amazing restaurants all within a mile or less of our location.

What makes this property unique

The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Our homeschool family brings great energy during the day but keeps things quiet and restful in the evenings. We make you feel at home.
