We had a great stay and really appreciated the host’s hospitality. The check-in was smooth, and the home was clean, comfortable, and as described.The property is very family friendly, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet, parking was easy and convenient. If we are back in Evanston, we would be happy to stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time in the area.

What I love MOST about my neighborhood is its close proximity to the beach. You’re able to enjoy a sunrise, walk around and enjoy beautiful scenery. There are great shops and cute boutiques nearby that you can explore and find new things. I love that you can walk to shops and amazing restaurants all within a mile or less of our location.

What makes this property unique

The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Our homeschool family brings great energy during the day but keeps things quiet and restful in the evenings. We make you feel at home.
