We loved staying there it was clean but could not use the second bath because of strong odor coming from the tub drain. Just let the host know to fix it before anyone else rented it. Couldn't use the pool because it was dirty I think you need a new pool guy and when it rains the porch roof leaks so you can't set on the deck when raining. But would definitely stay here again . It just needs some up dating. The host was very responsive. Wish I was there now.

Bettina was a wonderful host. Only reason for 4 stars is the pool heater wasn't working but we used it anyway. Repairman came last day we were there. Nice property, well located

Very nice guests! The only issue was that communication could have been better, as they never mentioned during their stay that the pool heater was not working but later noted this in their review. This was a bit frustrating since we were in touch several times throughout their stay. In fact, the pool heater works perfectly—we would simply have needed to increase the temperature.

We had an incredible stay at this Cape Coral property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing week.One of the biggest highlights for us was how dog‑friendly the property was. Traveling with dogs can be stressful, but this home made it effortless. The yard gave our pups plenty of safe space to explore, and the quiet neighborhood made walks peaceful and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a rental that genuinely welcomes dogs, and this one exceeded every expectation.Inside, the home was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living areas were perfect for unwinding after long days of exploring. The private pool was the cherry on top — warm, clean, and perfect for morning swims or relaxing evenings.The location was ideal, too. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and an easy drive to beaches, Sanibel, and the Everglades. It made the perfect home base for our family adventures.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, dog‑friendly getaway in Cape Coral, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house for the value! Great location close to everything. Super quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and clean. House was immaculate when we walked in! It’s hard to find a nice and pet friendly house with an easy to deal with a host that is easy to deal with. Tina was extremely sweet and responded promptly to anything we needed. A breaker tripped while we were there and we didn’t see the tripped breaker so she had her handy man out there within just a few hours of messaging to let her know about the issue. HIGHLY recommend! We will definitely be back. Super smooth check in and check out process. Cannot say enough great things about Tina!
